Nevada 4-H It's more than you ever imagined! Would you like to train a guide-dog puppy? Ride a skateboard safely? Learn photography, woodworking or do a science project? Join 4-H and get together with other kids in clubs or other programs. You'll learn skills that last a lifetime, and do a lot of fun things for the community too. 4-H Fast Facts In 2004, Cooperative Extension 4-H/youth programs reached more than 66,000 K-12 youth in 4-H clubs, camps, after-school programs, community centers, home study sessions and school enrichment programs. Nearly 200 teens and more than 3100 adult volunteers helped in these educational efforts. 4-H Community Outreach The Pyramid Lake 4-H Office has the ability to work with youth and adults. Check out our 4-H Enviro-Friendly Group formed to educate the young members of the Pyramid Lake Indian Reservation community about environmental issues. |
